A choice of 3 deserts such as Summer or Caramelised Orange trifle, Pavlova, Seasalt and Fudge brownies, Lemon tart, Summer pudding, served with cream

n.b. we can happily supply “lunch boxes” for little ones with cheese cubes and/or chipolatas, carrot and cucumber sticks, cherry toms and French stick plus a chocolate or berry muffin for £7.50 per head

Italian Feast

Antipasti platter– olives, cured meats, mozzarella and sun-blushed tomatoes, capers, Rosemary and garlic focaccia

Main course– Chicken cacciatore or pesto crusted salmon or baked Italian leg of lamb or Aubergine parmigiana (V)

Served with green salad and Italian style roast potatoes

Dessert– Tiramisu or Lemon tart or chocolate and hazelnut meringues or chocolate espresso mousse and biscotti

Spanish Feast

Tapas selection– boquerones (marinated anchovies), olives, roasted pepper salad, Tomatoes with olive oil, albigondas (mini meat balls) or Parma Ham plus breads Or gazpacho and rustic bread

Main course– Spanish baked chicken and chorizo or Catalan fish stew or Tortilla (V)

Served with green salad and paprika sweet potatoes

Dessert– Crème Catalan or almond & orange cake (GF) or Sunken chocolate cake (GF) and crème fraiche

Mezze platter– homemade hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, olives and flatbread

Devon Roast “Breakfasts”

Smoked mackerel pate or terrine and sourdough toast, pickles or seasonal vegetable soup & artisan bread

A choice of herby roasted free range chicken or pork belly cooked with cider, cream & mustard or slow cooked leg of local lamb or roast beef (choose 2) or cashew nut roast (V) served with roast potatoes, greens and oven roasted roots

Dessert– apple or pear tart Tatin, sticky toffee pudding, lemon tart, Eton mess, seasalt & fudge brownies, seasonal fruit pavlova or a trio of desserts (e.g. mini meringue, mini lemon tart and raspberry sorbet)

Emma and her team served an amazing Persian feast at our wedding in June 2017. The quality of the food and the flavours were outstanding. The Persian leg of lamb was exceptional as was the Tunisian orange cake with honey & pistachio ice cream. Thanks so much Emma
